Mario has been in the financial services industry for 21 years. He began his career with CJM Financial Services, in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. The firm was primarily a broker/dealer that worked with accounting and tax professionals who were looking to incorporate financial services into their practice. Mario began as an independent financial adviser who eventually devised the strategy to successfully recruit several hundred tax and accounting professionals to CJM Financial Services. Shortly, after 2000 Mario became Vice President of Business Development, he was instrumental in identifying asset management strategies to add to CJM Asset Management LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CJM Financial Services. Mario was also the Principal of CJM Insurance LLC a wholly owned subsidy of CJM Financial Services. Mario became Vice President of Business Development for 1st Advisors Mortgage Corp. At the same time Mario founded and became the managing partner of BGS Capital Management LLC. Mario currently holds his Series 7, Series 66 and Series 24 registrations. He is licensed as an individual life & health producer in the State of New Jersey. He is also licensed as an individual Professional Education Instructor in the State of New Jersey. He holds continuing education seminars on a regular basis for CPAs, tax professionals, insurance producers and licensed brokers. Mario also is a licensed loan originator through the New Jersey State Banking & Insurance Department. Mario has three children, resides in Paramus and served on the Paramus Board of Education from 2002 though 2007. Mario attended Bergen Community College, Fairleigh Dickerson University and the American College of Bryn Mawr, PA.
